Done-For-You Setup Service Terms

SME Advantage LLC
These terms govern the Done-For-You (DFY) Setup Service offered by SME Advantage LLC. By purchasing the DFY Service, you agree to these terms.
For platform subscription terms, see our Terms of Service.
1. Service Overview
The Done-For-You Setup Service ("DFY Service") is an optional, one-time configuration service available to SME Advantage platform subscribers. The DFY Service is separate from and independent of your platform subscription and free trial.
2. Pricing and Payment
Total Fee: $497 USD (one-time)
Payment Structure:
- Deposit: $248.50 USD due at checkout
- Balance: $248.50 USD due upon completion of setup
The balance payment invoice will be sent via email upon completion. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date.
3. Deposit Terms
The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. Work is deemed to have commenced when any of the following occurs:
- Our team begins accessing your account
- Any configuration changes are made to your account
- Business information collection has begun
If you cancel before work commences, a full deposit refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
4. Scope of Service
The DFY Service includes:
- Industry Starter Kit customization with your branding
- Business information configured throughout the platform
- Phone number setup and A2P verification
- Email domain configuration
- Calendar and booking setup
- Automations reviewed and activated
- Website ready to publish
- One 30-minute walkthrough call
Not included: Ongoing management, content creation beyond initial setup, custom development, third-party integrations not standard to the platform, or any services not explicitly listed above.
5. Timeline
Setup is typically completed within 3-7 business days from receipt of all required business information. Delays in providing requested information will extend this timeline accordingly.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete business information when requested
- Respond to information requests within 48 hours
- Be available for the scheduled walkthrough call
- Review completed work within 7 days of delivery notification
7. Completion and Acceptance
The DFY Service is considered complete when:
- All items in the scope of service have been configured
- You have been notified that setup is ready for review
- The walkthrough call has been offered (whether attended or not)
Important: Completion is based on delivery of the agreed scope, not subjective satisfaction. The balance is due upon completion regardless of:
- Whether you choose to continue your platform subscription
- Whether you cancel during your free trial period
- Whether you decide not to use the configured features
8. Revisions
The DFY Service includes one round of minor revisions requested within 7 days of completion notification. Minor revisions include:
- Text corrections
- Color adjustments
- Minor layout changes
Major revisions (structural changes, additional pages, new features) are outside the scope and may be quoted separately.
9. Unresponsive Clients
If you fail to provide required information or respond to communications for 14 consecutive days after work has commenced:
- The deposit is forfeited
- The balance remains due
- We reserve the right to complete setup using placeholder content and consider the service complete
10. Refunds
- Before work commences: Full deposit refund available
- After work commences: No refund on deposit
- Balance: No refunds once setup is complete and delivered
11. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the completed work, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of completion notification, specifying the issues. We will work in good faith to address legitimate concerns within the defined scope. Disputes do not suspend or delay payment obligations.
12. Relationship to Platform Subscription
The DFY Service is a standalone professional service. Cancellation of your platform subscription (including during a free trial period) does not affect your obligations under these DFY Service terms. The balance remains due regardless of your subscription status.
13. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for the DFY Service is limited to the total fee paid ($497). We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the DFY Service.
